ARCADIA, Calif. (Feb. 7, 2019)–Fly to Mars is one of two finalists for the 2018 California-bred Horse of the Year, which will be announced at the California Thoroughbred Breeders Association Annual Meeting and Awards Dinner on Monday, Feb. 25.

Fly to Mars, is by Minsters Wild Cat out of Warren’s Flyer (Doc Gus), was bred and is owned by Gary Barber. He is a stakes winner and G2 placed earner of $327,358.

Fly to Mars was crowned Champion California-bred Turf Horse and Champion California-bred Older Male for 2018.

Tommy Town Thoroughbreds LLC & Gary Barber’s Boisterous was named Champion First-Crop Sire of California Conceived Foals by Earnings.
