Tommy Town Owned and Bred Stanford Juveniles 1-2 at Pleasanton
Pleasanton, CA (July 8, 2022) – Tommy Town owned and bred Stanford juveniles A Bit Much and Seige the Day finished one-two in the 4th race at Pleasanton a five furlong maiden contest over the fast track.
A Bit Much dashed out of the gate and was facing a challenge for the lead for the first three furlongs. He put away that foe and opened up to a clear victory by nearly three lengths in his second career start. Seige the Day was further back early and he closed well to be five lengths best of the third place finisher. He has finished second in both his starts.
A Bit Much is out of the winning Forestry mare, Werethere’sfire. Seige the Day is out of the Warrior’s Reward mare, Warrior Princess. Both are trained by Jonathan Wong.
