Tommy Town Homebred Ministers Wild Cat Filly Graduates
Arcadia, CA (April 7, 2017)-Sophomore homebred Smitten Kitten graduated in her second lifetime start by taking a Cal-bred maiden $50,000 claimer by over two lengths.
The Tommy Town Thoroughbreds filly was “between horses early, stalked a bit off the rail then inside, came out leaving the turn and three wide into the stretch, drifted in some and bid alongside the runner-up under left handed urging to gain the lead a sixteenth out and won clear.”
The filly has now earned $17,980 for her connections. She is by Ministers Wild Cat and out of Million Dollar Run (Tejano Run).
Ministers Wild Cat is currently the eighth ranked 2017 sire in California, he will stand for $5,000 live foal in 2017.
