Tiz a Country Girl Romps to Maiden Special Weight Win

Charles Town, WV (December 16, 2021) – Tiz a Country Girl came home a nearly four length maiden special weight winner in her second career start. Our 2-year-old daughter of Tiznow, who was fourth in her debut after a troubled break and a wide trip, found the going more smoothly today in the six and one-half furlong contest.

A field of eight lined-up for the 3rd race with Tiz a Country Girl in post four. Getting a much better start, she stalked the leading pair through the opening quarter. She made her move with three furlongs to run, catching the leader at the top of the stretch and pulling away to the wire for the victory.
