Three-in-a-Row For Praise and Honor

Albany, CA (October 30, 2020) – That’s three wins in-a-row for Tommy Town Thorougbreds LLC’s Praise and Honor. The 3-year-old filly came home best in the 2nd race at Golden Gate Fields, a six furlong allowance over the all weather surface.

Praise and Honor tracked the pacesetting pair, never letting them get too far away. She came calling for the lead around the final turn and hit the front at the top of the stretch. She had to work for it as the one of the leading fillies proved a game competitor. At the wire, Praise and Honor held her at bay to win by three-quarters of a length.

Bred in Florida by Breffini Farm, Praise and Honor is by Honor Code. She is out of the stakes winning Speightstown mare, Going to Kuraro. Trained by Jonathan Wong, she has four wins in this, her first season of racing and she has earned $82,280.
