Lexington, KY (April 19, 2023) – The second winner at this season’s Keeneland Spring meeting for Tommy Town Thoroughbreds LLC is The Honorable One, who took the field wire-to-wire going seven furlongs over fast main track.

Jumping out of the gate, he hustled to the lead and maintained a half-length advantage down the backstretch. He put away the pace prompter and opened up around the turn. He doddled a bit without competition in the lane, but when fresh challenges arose, he responded and held them clear to win by one length.

Bred in Kentucky by Branch Thoroughbreds, he is trained by Jonathan Wong. He was produced by the multiple stakes winning Tiznow mare, It Tiz.
