Ten Rings Debuts a Winner

Cypress, CA (July 3, 2022) – Ten Rings, our 3-year-old daughter of Pioneerof the Nile, debuted a winner in the nightcap at Los Alamitos, a five and one-half furlong maiden special weight over the fast track.

A field of nine lined-up, with Ten Rings breaking from the two post. As often happens with newcomers, she did not break well, but she quickly found her stride and moved to a more favorable stalking position midpack. She drew closer around the turn and enjoyed a rail run through the stretch. She proved best in the final furlong to win by a length and one-half.

Ten Rings was bred by WinStar Farm LLC and she was produced by the graded stakes winning Pure Prize mare, Purely Hot. She is a three-quarters sister to Grade 1 winner Eight Rings. She is trained by Jonathan Wong.
