Stanford Juvenile Scores Third Career Victory

Albany, CA (December 30, 2022) – In Honor of Autism earned the third victory of his young career in the 4th race at Golden Gate Fields, a six furlong allowance over the all weather.

The 2-year-old son of Stanford sat just off the honest early place down the backstretch. Down along the rail, he was full of run around the turn, but a wall of four horses trapped him with nowhere to run. He finally got out at the top of the stretch, switched to the outside and came running. He took the lead passing the sixteenth pole and drew away to win by nearly two lengths.

In Honor of Autism finishes his first season of racing with top three finished in all five of his career starts for owner Johnny Taboada and trainer Jonathan Wong. Bred by Machmer Hall and Carrie +Craig Brogden, he is out of the Unbridled’s Song mare, Natural Singer R N.
