Arcadia, CA (February 18, 2022) – Princess Alexis, the 3-year-old daughter of 2021 California’s Leading Freshman Sire Stanford, came home victorious at Santa Anita in her racing debut and became the FIFTEENTH winner from her sire’s first crop.

Princess Alexis showed excellent gate speed as she broke on top and opened a clear lead. She faced a stern challenge around the turn, but when asked, she found another gear at the top of the stretch. She dashed off runner-up and came home clearly best in the six furlong contest by two and one-half lengths.

The bay filly was bred by the partnership of Melody Conlon and her trainer Hector Palma. Racing for Royalty Stable, she was produced by the winning More Than Ready mare, Pat Olcott.
