Arcadia, CA (May 4, 2018)-Summer Down Now went wire-to-wire scoring by daylight in the Santa Anita third race on Friday.

The three-year-old filly by Ministers Wild Cat out of Marry by Summer (Siberian Summer) began her career in January and now has faced the starter four times getting the win today. Her record shows a win and a second place finish with earnings of $23,280.

Ministers Wild Cat is currently the sixth ranked California sire and was the sixth ranked California sire in 2017; with over $2.1 million in earnings. He is standing for $4,000 in 2018.
