Dynasty of Her Own Victorious in Golden Gate Return

Albany, CA (March 29, 2020) – Tommy Town Thoroughbreds’ Dynasty of Her Own made her return to Northern California a winning one with her victory in the 3rd race at Golden Gate Fields, a one mile allowance over the all weather.

The Shanghai Bobby filly broke her maiden at first asking over the same surface in November of last year at two. She switched to the dirt and made her first two starts this season at Sunland Park. She found the surroundings to her liking with two black-type performances including a win in the Borderplex Stakes.

Back on the synthetic today, Dynasty of Her Own did not break well, but it was only a few strides before her natural speed carried her to the lead. She set a solid pace under jockey Ricardo Gonzales and never looked back, coming home to win by a length and one-quarter.

Dynasty of Her Own is now three-for-four lifetime and she has earned $83,700. Trained by Jonathan Wong, she is out of the stakes producing mare, Lady Dynasty. She was bred in Kentucky by Mr. and Mrs. Richard Kaster, who raced her millionaire, Grade 1-winning, California-bred broodmare sire, Richter Scale.
