Albany, CA (April 10, 2021) – Annie Graham, the 3-year-old daughter of Grazen, has steadily progressed over the last thirty days and it culminated with her maiden special weight score going five and one-half at Golden Gate Fields in the 7th race.

The gray filly had been third two races back and finished second in her most recent starts. Today, she broke from the outside post in the field of nine and quickly placed herself just off the pacesetter. The leaders opened up a clear advantage at the top of the stretch, but Annie Graham was not finished. She closed determinedly, caught the leader, and drew away to win by a length and one-quarter.
