Amazen Grazen Keeps Her On The Board Streak Alive with GGF Victory
Albany, CA (June 11, 2021) – Amazen Grazen won her second race of the season, coming from off the pace in the 8th race at Golden Gate Fields, a six furlong allowance over the Tapeta.
Rating off the leaders, the 3-year-old Grazen filly was poised to make a run run through the stretch. She was given a horse-splitting look, but the rail was the only available opening. She bravely threaded the needle and did her best work inside the final furlong. She got up in the shadow of the wire to win by a head.
Amazen Grazen has never been off the board in all seven of her career starts. Bred by Moger Inc. or Alan Eriksen, she races for Steve Moger and is trained by Ed Moger, Jr. She was produced by winning Silver Hawk mare, Aerial Hawk.
