Tenth Winner for Stanford Scores on Debut

Auburn, WA (September 12, 2021) – Good Verses Evil is the TENTH winner from the first crop of California’s Leading Freshman Sire Stanford, taking his career debut in the opener on the card at Emerald Downs.

Racing like a seasoned veteran, Good Verses Evil was first out of the gate and he engaged in a battle for the opening quarter. His lead was a length and a half after the next furlong and despite some greenness around the turn, he was well handled by jockey Alan Anaya. He powered home and as the chart caller described, he “drew away with complete authority” to win by four lengths.

Good Verses Evil was bred by Tommy Town Thoroughbreds LLC and he races for Rosales Racing F1 and Santos Rosales. Trained by Jorge Rosales, he was produced by Wicked Factor, a winning daughter of The Factor.
